SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The sale of products online is subject to Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/5/1991, relating to the protection of consumers in matters of distance contracts, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
The Right of Withdrawal applies to consumers, that is, to natural persons acting for purposes not related to any professional activity they may carry out. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This right cannot be applied if the products have been opened by the consumer.
The consumer may, without having to specify the reason, return the purchased Products to the seller within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
The consumer will be reimbursed for the sums paid, with the exception of the costs for delivery and return of the goods (transport), which remain at his expense. Within the deadline (14 days) a written and signed communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent, by registered letter with return receipt to the address of FLADA COSMETIQUE di Davide Palminteri, Viale Europa 225 – 90036 Misilmeri (PA). This communication must indicate:
• order number and date
• invoice number and date
• ordered on (*) / received on (*)
• name of the buyer
• buyer's address
Following withdrawal from this contract, FLADA COSMETIQUE will refund all payments made by the buyer, in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which FLADA COSMETIQUE is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Such refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. The refund may be suspended until FLADA COSMETIQUE receives the products being returned or until the customer demonstrates that the goods have been shipped.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
The sending of the above products, via courier, must have the following destination address: FLADA COSMETIQUE di Davide Palminteri, Viale Europa 225 – 90036 Misilmeri (PA).
The Products must be returned:
• properly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or soiled.
• without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item (they must not show signs of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in such a condition as to not allow for resale).
If the returned products do not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, they may be rejected and result in a failure to refund.
