Can I track my order?
For all our shipments, after order confirmation, you'll receive an email from the courier with the tracking code to track your shipment and accurately predict its delivery date, barring external and/or natural causes.
First, take a few photos of the package before opening it. If, upon opening the package, you notice that an item is damaged, contact our customer service center. We'll arrange for the collection and shipping of your order.
