What do I have to do to proceed with the purchase?
If you already have an account, simply click on “Login” and enter the email address and password you chose when you registered. Otherwise, sign up.

If you forgot your password? Click on “Forgot your password” and we will send you an email to create a new one.

Registration is quick and easy, you can move faster, save your addresses, save your wish list, receive exclusive offers and preview new products and promotions.
How can I Register to Purchase?
If you are a new customer you will need to register. Enter your username and password and click REGISTER.
Click on “I am a new customer” and enter your details, including name, surname, email address and create a password to access your account.
To complete the registration click on “Create an account” and complete the registration by entering other important data for the purchase, such as your address or telephone number. Shipping Costs?
For all orders starting from € 50.00 shipping is free.
For those whose amount is less than €50.00, the shipping cost is €5.90.
Delivery times?
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days, calculated from the moment the package leaves our warehouse (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When your package is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive an email with a link to click and follow the delivery, which takes place between 9:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday. Times may vary depending on the area.
We recommend that you check the link to be updated in real time on any possible changes.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
For all our shipments, after order confirmation, you will receive an email from the courier with the code to track your shipment and accurately predict the actual delivery date, barring external and/or natural causes.

Payment Methods?
You can pay for your orders with various payment methods:
By credit card (Postepay, MasterCard, etc.) even if you do not have an account. Paypal.
Advance bank transfer.
Payment methods are made available directly by the system and we cannot modify them in any way.
I am having trouble making the Payment. What should I do?
To ensure that your purchase goes through, make sure that your credit card information is correct: card number, security code, expiration date and cardholder name (as it appears on the card).
I changed my mind about a purchased product, what can I do?
Have you purchased a product but changed your mind? No problem! You can return the item within 14 days from the delivery date and send it to us at our address viale Europa, 225 90036 Misilmeri -Pa-
Remember, we will only accept product exchanges if the product is not opened, damaged or tampered with.
I changed my mind about an order that hasn't arrived yet, can I change it?
Not sure about the products you ordered? Contact us at 091/7460375 or by email at info@fladacosmetique.it by 09:00 the day after purchase. You will have the opportunity to turn your cart upside down!
You can add, remove or replace the items you have chosen and we will set a new delivery date together!
