Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds

If approved, you will automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers, i.e., natural persons acting for purposes not related to their professional activity. Therefore, purchases made from retailers and businesses are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This right cannot be applied if the products have been opened by the consumer.
The consumer may, without specifying the reason, return the purchased products to the seller within 14 working days of receiving the goods.
The consumer will be refunded the sums paid, excluding the costs of delivery and return of the goods (transport), which will be borne by the consumer.
